After more than 2 years of research with some of the world’s best textile engineers, we’ve invented an Italian-woven Egyptian Cotton sheet that is the best there is. Giza yarns are sold by the number – like your golf score, the lower the number the better. SFERRA uses Giza 70 yarns in the production of our finest Italian-woven sheets. We don’t compromise – we are dedicated to creating only the best and Giza 70 has always been considered the very best Egyptian cotton yarn available for sheets; until now.
GIZA 45 – even finer than Giza 70, considered the world’s finest super long staple cotton yarn– has a yield so small that manufacturers of fine men’s shirting consume the entire world’s production every year. With perseverance, we’ve formulated a creative agreement with the best Italian shirt maker in the world to allow us to buy a percentage of their production.
SFERRA GIZA 45® will be available in Ivory and White only and will be finished with our classic hemstitched hem.
